The company may carry out all commercial, industrial, and financial operations necessary for the achievement of its corporate purpose, as well as acquire interests, shares, and participations, including equity participations, in other companies, consortia, or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad having a similar purpose. The company may establish subsidiaries and/or branches both in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad.
